Chad Lindberg is an extremely talented Hollywood actor most well-known for his co-starring role as Jesse in "The Fast & The Furious" (2001). He's also since been in big hits such as playing Ash in "Supernatural", past hit "October Sky", and new release (coming out later this year) "I Spit On Your Grave", which I'm very much looking forward to.
Chad was born November 1st, 1976 in Mount Vernon, Washington. He starting acting when at 17 he started looking for casting calls in a Seattle-local paper. A local talent agency called "KidBiz" scooped him up immediately and placed him in movie "Born To Be Wild", a movie about a delinquent kid who makes nice with a several hundred pound Gorilla and runs away from home. He then moved on to play one of the Bill Nye [the Science Guy]'s power rangers. After graduating high school in Washington, at 19, he nabbed the lead role as Rory, in 1997's hit "Black Circle Boys". Around this time, Chad along with his room-mates Brad Rowe, Wes Bentley, Greg Fawcett, and Tony Zierra began filming a documentary called "My Big Break" which documents every aspect of the friends' aspirations and rise to the top of the Hollywood food chain over a 10-year span and consisting of over 200 hours of raw video footage. The movie has received very high reviews from fans and screenings at such places as EYECON (the Supernatural convention) in Florida, The Boston and Toronto Film Festivals, and more! After he began filming "My Big Break" he landed "October Sky", followed by HUGE success, "The Fast and the Furious". He's currently hoping for a return to "Supernatural" season 6. Fingers crossed!!!
In the future, look for him in "Other Side of the Tracks", "Once Fallen", and soon-to-be-released remake "I Spit On Your Grave", nick-named "Spit", coming out October 8, 2010. I personally haven't yet seen the movie but I've read damn near all of the online reviews and have found out all of the facts. When the movie releases, it has been confirmed for an Unrated release. The film is said to have been so graphic that just to trim it down to an "R" rating would have left us with a short, hollow, glimpse of a gore-flick. Such a track record for the new film means it is following in the footsteps of the now cult-classic original. The 2010 release is also quoted having a much gorier "Saw" feeling with an amazing cast such as sexy leading lady, Sarah Butler, Chad Lindberg, "Mean Girls'" Daniel Franzese, and more providing a raw instant-classic performance said to send viewers running to the toilets. That's good news, to us horror fans! Keep an eye open at your local theaters in the near future for more information on when the movie will release.
